Romania

The country of Romania and its people have always had a huge place in the heart of this ministry. In the course of our existence, we have been involved in many different projects in Romania. Well before the time the country gained its political and religious freedom from the oppression of the Communist regime, we had made contacts with the Christian brothers and sisters in Romania.

Much of our work back then consisted of printing and distribution of Bibles and other Christian literature. Also bringing other forms of help to the suffering church. You can read more about our work during the early years under this page.

Prior to the revolution, our work had to stop temporarily due to restrictions from the communist regime. But after the revolution that took place between Christmas and the New Year 1989-90, our work was resumed. Apart from this short stop, we have been actively involved in ministry in Romania since 1984.
